Is this charged through a PC or can you charge it directly through an outlet?
You can charge our hook via PC or any USB outlet.
How long does the rechargeable battery last and is it replaceable?
Typically the batteries can last up to two years but if you charge it regularly it can last up to three years. To your second question, you can certainly replace the batteries but that would require some skills and legworks, simply reach out to us once that day comes and we will send you a new one.

Why do my hook heads feel loose in the handle?
There's a locking mechanism that holds the heads in place. It might feel like you have it completely secured, but if you don't feel the little "click" you might not actually be locking it in place.
